Hand-Dug Exterior Full-Foundation Waterproofing System

First we carefully remove any plants or shrubs for replanting. Excavation of the wall will continue to the bottom of the footer. All old pile and debris are removed. The wall is power-washed to exposed to any cracks, pits, holes, or trouble areas. Hydraulic cement is used to repair these imperfections and to eliminate leaking.

Interior Full-Footer Drain Tile System

Our one-of-a-kind full-footer drain tile system starts off with removing 12 to 14 inches of the floor at the wall joint. Then it is dug 6" below the footer to allow for a stone base over which a 4" perforated 3000lb crush-proof PVC drain is placed. This allows water to be captured and rained before it even reaches any of the house structure.
